Dead Sea and Massada Tour Plan

Your Dead Sea tour will begin with a cable car ride to Massada. Here, on a high mesa overlooking the Judean Desert and Dead Sea, sits the ancient ruins of a fortress built by King Herod in 30 BC. The last stronghold for a group of 900 Jewish men, women and children, the site has become a symbol of heroism, martyrdom and courage that continues to bring visitors to Massada today.

The tour will continue along the Dead Sea's shoreline to the luxurious Ein Gedi Spa where you can get a professional massage, cover yourself in nutrient-rich mud, swim in the pool or schedule a specialized spa treatment. Of course, a Dead Sea tour wouldn't be complete without a soak in the salty seawaters. Swim, soak and float in the amazingly buoyant waters of the Dead Sea and reap the benefits of the water's medicinal qualities.
